Seems Grandmother was correct when she said she was there in Kenya when he was born.

Looks pretty real to me, a hell of a lot more real than what I've seen put out by him about his birth in Hiwaii that's for sure. Still no one will do anything about it and the Supremes have already said no one has the standing to challenge him anyway haven't they?

The folks who have bought and paid for all the judges and politicians want him there so no matter what they he will stay until they want him gone.

Well OK or until enough American's develop a spine and war is declared to remove him.

It should NOT be. If he is found ineligible and was elected illegally then his running mate was also elected illegally. I'm thinking it would mean Pelosi until a special election is called tho it might mean President McCain and Vice President Palin. That is what SHOULD happen since the winning party knowingly put up an ineligible candidate. It should also mean all laws signed by him and all prez edits are null and void.

Was the speaker of the house responsible for certifying the credentials of the candidates? If so, doesn't this "black-eye" her as well?

For whatever reason, if he was born in Kenya, and the Hawaiian cert was issued due to any number of circumstances of deceit on behalf of the mother, and it is ultimately proven that he was personally misled about his citizenship by his parents, it doesn't matter.

I don't want him prosecuted and whatnot as a priority. Just want him out if he's in fact ineligible.

Kenya does use English as the Official language as well as most former British colonies like India. The countries had so many tribal languages, that English became official to unify the country just like in India, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Etc. English is the official airline language, scientific language, business language, and internet language. It is actually spoken as a first or second language by over 800,000,000 people. So this could be for real.

Alan Keyes, a black politician, and very conservative has filed a lawsuit against Occidental College in California where Obama got his pre-law degree before going to Harvard. The lawsuit is for them to open their files to the public about Obama. Obamas school records are sealed by both colleges, Occidental and Harvard. Why? Did he go to school free by claiming to be a foreign national? If so he either is a foreigner or he lied to get his "free" education. Either way, it would expose him for what he is. This is why Alan Keyes wants his records made public. I heard Mr. Keyes speak and he said he was ashamed of how Harvard has become so liberal. He has his doctorate from there. A very smart man, smarter that Obama. He also served in the Reagan administration. He is also I believe a genuine Christian.

As far as English is concerned, in India and in all of the former British colonies, you must have English to graduate high school. This is also true in most European countries because of the American and Brittish occupation of western Europe after WWII. It is not true in the Latin countries, they learn Spanish and that is all and if they learn English, they have an education and thus a better job in their own countries.

I don't think it would have to a huge conspiracy; more like a series of unfortunate events exploited by an opportunist, which I think is a likely characterization of Obama.

Let's see, Australia and Kenya were both English colonies, and still practice colonial buraucracy in most of their government processes. Again, similarities between their birth certificates would be logical, and it would be simple to prove Taitz as a fraud by dragging out other certificates from both countries. Far easier evidently than proving Obama is a citizen.

Well I know part of the issue is Hawaii's state law, which restricts the public release of birth records. Our sycophant Dept of Health exec claims she saw it and can attest to its validity, but she's a wholly owned subsidiary of the DNC.

Again, if its not a big deal, release the darn thing Mr. President. The longer we go without it, the longer the debate continues ... and as TM7 has alluded to, we're chasing a bright shiny object while bigger things happen in the background.

Even if he releases his birth certificate from Hawaii, it still doesn't answer the question as to how he went to college. He wanted an administration that was open and see through. Why is he having Occidental College and Harvard seal his records. Did he apply as a foreign student? Did he use student loans? How did he pay back the loans if he used them? Everything should be open.

I am not saying that this is true or not, as I am sure that someone could produce items that would point either way depending on which side or way you wanted it to go.

Wonder why he spent a little under one million dollars to seal all his records. That does not sound like anyone with nothing to hide.
His grandmother said he was born in Kenya and she was there when he was born. Was she a liar? I doubt it.
Granny passed away a short time after making that statement and was cremated. Or was she?
The man that was assigned to investigate the birth certificate was found shot in the head in his car. coincidence of course.

Add to that Yankee that the Kenya airport stated that his mother was denied a boarding pass because of her advanced state of pregnancy and was giving a pass on another flight after the child was born.

I read what that liberal website had to say. I believe it is refered to as counter intelligence. Notice that no attempt to refute actual facts presented is made. No attempt is made to address the fact that his records are sealed from public view. What is being done there is smoke and mirrors to focus peoples thoughts away from issues that will not go away. An Attempt to throw the hounds off the trail.
Credibility comes from facts and truth. Facts and lies don't equal credibility. Thats my take on it.

The Obama birth certificate conspiracy theorists would have us believe that:

1. The state of Hawaii is lying about Obama being born there.

2. Somehow two Obama birth announcements in Hawaii newspapers are a fraud.

3. Despite the fact that Hannity, Coulter, Limbaugh and O'Reilly are not talking about the birth certificate thing is is somehow true.

4. Somehow the SCOTUS is involved in the conspiracy because they refused to hear the so-called case.

5. Somehow convicted felon and Watergate burglar G. Gordon Liddy is more credible than the state of Hawaii.

This stuff is making all of us who own guns look like knuckledragging fools and the liberal Democrats just love that.
