They are not out to fix the things that are wrong with health care. As far as making sure they do it right, it's far too late...it's been written already, and now to make matters worse they made it so you can't read all this stuff before it passes anymore, probably due to the fact many of us were printing up the last bad pieces of legislation and too many people got informed what's in it. No more transparency...too dangerous. Congress of course will make sure THEY don't get this health care package. They will force it down people's throats, and then when businesses that don't want it start getting fined for not offering health care, they will either take the fines out of the people that work for them, or just plain close down, or if the business is large enough they will simply boot their employees into the gov. package because the tax will be cheaper than what they pay now. It's going to be a forced deal. and yep...I laugh at people who think or hear Canadians love their health care...it's funny...considering they are making private medial care available now to the people there due to the people's complaints and the big mess they have there. I worked with Canadians for some years...they said if you were healthy, it was a good system, but if you needed something, cross the border or die waiting. The Democraps and Republicrats have pretty much thrown us all aside now...it's over, barring some major uprising, it's going to pass, and nobody will know the details until it does. The taxes for this, of course they will tell you the very wealthy will pay for it...I laugh at that too. For one thing it's un American to pick out a class of people and stick it to them, it's un American for government to pick winners and losers...for another thing...it don't work, the cost gets transfered to us anyway. They interviewed a young democrap today in Congress about this health bill....he was no where near as smart as me...and that is pretty dangerous, cause I'm not all that smart. These people getting elected have no logic or common sense at all.
We are pretty much doomed at this point. Unless the people rise up and fast. Flood the phone lines folks....it's all we got now.
Ya TM...if they would do it correctly....and butt out at the same time....but you know they won't. They need to slow down put the brakes on fast...health care is already FREE for many....that's not the problem! It's the cost, lack of competition and such...and we all know government is NOT going to fix that at all...they do NOT want competition, and anything the gov. does is WAY more expensive with far less quality involved. That we know for a fact.
