Yes and no, just depends, there's no way of knowing until you try, they aren't one size fits all, they may lock right up with no changes, but they may also require fitting to varying degrees, minor to major work, see barrel fitting in the FAQs.
The 223 barrel needs an SB2 frame, so it can't be fitted to an SB1 frame if that's part of the question.
