Rifle barrel iron sight question

Are all Encore iron sights the same? I have a chance to buy a factory set off of a 25-06 for $25 and I want to put them on my 45-70. Will they work? Is this a good price?            Thanks, Mike

I believe there are some differences but I don't know what they are.

You ought to call T/C for the answer and get their price for sights.

    Rear sights are the same, I think, but there are three(at least) different front sight heights.  I would be surprised if the 25-06 and 45-70 needed the same height.  Last time I needed to change front sights, TC sent me what I needed for the sum price of $00.00.
