There is always ham radio.  Phones can be tapped.  Radios would be harder to pinpoint especially if you move around.  If more people showed up at tea parties on July 4th, that might send a message.

maybe  just keep  a good list of phone numbers

along with  cb  and  ham radio
when drugs are outlawed only out laws will have drugs
DO WHAT EVER IT TAKES TO STOP A DEMOCRAT
OBAMACARE....the biggest tax hike in the  history of mankind
free choice and equality  can't co-exist
AFTER THE LIBYAN COVER-UP... remind any  democrat voters ''they sat and  watched them die''...they  told help to ''stand down''

CB's are a good idea, but they are short range.  Would work for locals, but it could carry a long ways via a chain, kind of like gossip.  Ham would go around the world.  In the past you had to learn Morris Code to get a ham radio liscense.  I think they did away with that requirement now.  Not a bad idea to get started now and be prepared.  If about 50 million gun owners decided to get a machine gun liscense, maybe they would also get the message.

cb  works   with skip  but not reliable....just a way  to know whats  going on

ham  laws  will  not matter  if  SHTF

not enough transferable machine guns to go around
and  not a good  investment  in  security

BUT  BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR GUN  SALES  ARE  UP.........OVER  30 %
now  that has got  their  attention
so  go buy   15  guns one at a time instead  of one machine gun

florida  concealed carry permits  are  back logged 6 months  so many applications
when drugs are outlawed only out laws will have drugs

OBAMACARE....the biggest tax hike in the  history of mankind
free choice and equality  can't co-exist

Obama, won't touch guns, he remembers what happened to Clinton when he did.  Obama, will quietly go after the ammo, and shut off the supply.  Without bullets guns are nothing but clubs.
Where is old Joe when we really need him?  Alaska Independence    Calling Illegal Immigrants "Undocumented Aliens" is like calling Drug Dealers "Unlicensed Pharmacists"
What Is A Veteran?
A 'Veteran' -- whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve -- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America,' for an amount of 'up to, and including his life.' That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country today who no longer understand that fact.

Part of the ammo crunch is that Obama has stopped the feds selling once fired brass and requiring that it be ground up and sold as scrap.

I expect that most of the reason California and some other places are trying to ban lead bullets for hunting is to attack gun ownership from another angle. That's also the motive for the microstamping and trying to require bullet coding.

There's lots of ways to attack gun ownership. Too bad none can possibly be of use fighting crime or getting guns out of the hands of any actual criminals. (Aside from us uppity peasants that commit the crime of thinking we are just as good as the politicians and celebrities.)

excellent point .. whats brass got to do with crime.. organized crime can purchase anything they want with drug slavery money ,strait fom oamericans own pockets.. the mugger can always get his hands on a gun an a few bullets.. it would be stolen ,but what does he care.... the good thing about muggers is they sometimes use half box of ammo so they know how to fire an load it.. then think they know how to use the gun.. its one little advantage we practiced users have.. so if you know your weapon of choice you definitely got an advantage .. assuming his guns not pointed strait at you from 3 ft..then give him your wallet an don t let on your are carrying.. mabe the right time will come to use your weapon.. but better survive.. slim

Sorry to be off topic here, but that didn't last 2 days and the NRA convinced the DoD to rescind.  Its been a debunked rumor for 2 months now.

Good.

It still took 6 months for my order of .45ACP to show up. Re manufactured from once fired brass.
