Here are some pics of my .223 Ultra Varmint. I can't leave anything alone. I already made a thumbhole stock (pic1) for this gun and saw some room for improvement on my first attempt.
Well, here is the current project. I can tell you that the grip on this thing melts in your hand.
The first picture (pic 2) shows the current state of affairs. As you can see, I have the stock roughed in and ready for sanding. I purchased an Elite 3200 5x15x50 with scopeshade. It is waiting to be strapped on. The forend needs to be constructed so that I can paint it (pic3) all at once (I work with an airbrush. see my crossbow stock below(pic4)). Then to top it all off, I think I am going to buy myself a nice Eagle stock pack (pic5).
