With a folding black forearm tip? Made it look like a submachine gun when folded down.

Sure do - it was my first semi-auto .22!  It was the model 352K.  If I remember right it had an 18 1/2" barrel, fold down black plastic fore-end, 7 shot "clip" fed.  The clip was interesting as it had an adjustment to set it for long rifles, longs, or shorts.

Had a lot of fun with it, BUT never could get it to work reliably.  Had it worked on by 2 or 3 gunsmiths, tried 3 or 4 different magazines, but could seldom go thru one magazine without it either jamming or going full auto!!  Too bad because it was very, very accurate for a .22 sporter.  Eventually traded it off for something, don't remember what.

I had one several years ago.  It was all wood with the fold down forearm.  Got it for free and it came without a magazine.  Gave it away without ever shooting it.
