44 mag barrel question

i bought a new h&r 44 mag handi and looked thru my hawkeye bore scope and the rifleing and its almost like the old marlin micro-groove or something . there are no flat areas at all on the grooves or the lands.is this right or did i get a lemon?

They have shallow rifling, don't worry yourself about it to much about it they shoot well. 8)
