I am on the hunt for a bolt action .22 cal with a magazine. I am just wondering which one is the best out the four brands listed. thanks.

I'd pick Savage first from the rifles that I've seen.  Probably marlin second.

Of those listed I'd get the Savage 1st and the Marlin 2nd unless you are willing to get a aftermarket trigger then get the Marlin.
