After the long wait for the screw I finally got to take my 2" Tracker 44 Mag to the range again. After my last trip with it, back in September as I recall,

I reamed the
way undersized cylinder throats out to .431; the barrel slugs out at .430. I also drifted the front sight a bit as the "pattern" it would shoot at 25 yards was way left.

For this range trip I loaded up some 240 gr. cast RNFP's sized to .429 ahead of 8.2 gr. of Unique. This gives me about 850 fps out of the snubbie. Low and behold, wonder of wonders, hush my puppies and corn my pone that revolver actually shot a group!

Not a great group by any of you pistolaro's definition, but good enough to give me hope with some correctly sized bullets! And certainly good enough for a personal defense weapon!

Now to put a couple hundred more rounds through it for reliabilties sake!
