Anybody with production figures on Model 721 in 300 H&H?

Well you have one and I have one so there are at least two - seriously my understanding is there were about 120,000 Model 721 300 H&H rifles made during the 721 production run.

Mauser - in spite of what you might think those are the numbers identified with a quick perusal of internet. Several sources identify the range from just below the number to just above - sorry bottom line is we have a $350 - $500 rifle.

I have one and I use it exclusively for elk..great rifle and it is accurate as any high power hunting rifle..with my handloads. I have been offered $850.00 by one party and another wanted to trade a Sako 338 and a $200 boot. 

I think you will find as I have that the 721 in 300H&H is a rifle that is wanted by many. an older Cassic in a Classic Caliber.

I have the Remington mod. 721 300H&H that I got from my dad after his passing. His load was 69.0grs. of surplus 4831,CCI 250 primer behind a 180gr. bullet. shoot clover leaf groups at 100yds.
Nothing like a Remington model 700xcr

 ;) Have had  several of these 721 .300'sbut have let them all slip away >:( much to my sorrow. Now, I seldom see them and they are pretty pricey.
