I am considering one of these mostly for fun and target shooting but thought the one with adjustable sights would be a great deer gun.  18in barrel gives you great fps for the round.  Anyone have any experience with this gun?--I have not owned an Uberti but have checked them out and appear to be of very good quality.

It will be a chore to lug around and hard to steady offhand but would surley be a fun gun. You dont need 18'' of barrel to hunt with the 45colt, I've run all my ubertis up to 1100fps just fine. Regarding quality I'd say Uberti is on par with current Smith and Wessons, exellent.
