Mr No guns in NY

I just heard on the radio that the biggest advocate for banning all guns in NY, Mr. Charles Schumer   has  a concealed carry permit for NYC. How ironic. He can carry a gun while preaching that all the law abiding citizens of NY must surrender theirs.

I didnt think you could get a permit for nyc.  My understanding was you needed permission from the police commissioner and every time you were in the city, you needed to apply for another waiver to carry there.  I have a concealed carry in St lawrence county and can not carry in nyc without this special permission.  Of course I have no intention of going to the zoo oops city anyway.
