Need help with the 411 JDJ

Help me please, I just became the owner of an SSK Contender barrel,chambered in 411 JDJ. Does anyone know of any loading manuals,or reputable web sites where I might obtain some information on this Heavy Hitter, I really want to shoot this bad boy. Thanx in advance.
