the NRA Centennial came in musket or rifle configuration and was simply a dressed up mod. 94 and would shoot as such.  Winchester made a lot of them, so they aren't very collectable/ valuable.  A mod 64 would have a pistol grip and short magazine.

I own one of the 1971 NRA commeratives and even though it is marked as a M94 it is in fact a reproduction of the M64, with pistol grip, 3/4 magazine, round forearm and slight palm swell in pistol grip. In 1972 & '73 they continued production and marked the rifles as M64's.
Put a Lyman receiver sight on mine and removed the front sight hood to make the bead front sight more visible.
Have sighted in at 100 yards, works great here in West TN for deer, coyotes and bobcat. Oh I use handloads with 125 gr. bullets.
