How rare are savage 99's in 375win cal?

Pretty rare, usually in the $850 to $1000 range in the Gunlist when they show up. Seem to remember reading about 1500 made, but that was from an ad someone was trying to sell. If the price is right GRAB IT.

Norville: The 99-375 was a 1980 mfg. ONLY 100% in the book is $725 down to 60% at $350 dont know how many were made. JIM
