I suppose there can be no limit to the recomend of the 30-06 in a Handi  ;) I have had/have 2, both UC 30-06 barrels and I love it. I have hunted very sucessfully with it and it balances well too. A must have cal in my opinion for a Handi owner.....yeah what they said ::)  ;D
