My first cannon

This my first cannon project.....4" dia 2 5/8 bore 25" long 30" wheels....fun!!
The only person I know who said "safety is over rated"...........is dead

Ive made a few myself , but so far I havent dared to try the wagon wheels
its very impressing .

The wheels I bought rough and had to finish.........It took me some time but I learned alot about getting measurements right after several redos............but that's the fun part!!!

Dan, we haven't established a formal sequence of posting pictures; but your insistance on posting pictures of smoke and fire next has merit!  After all, one should enjoy the fruits of one's labor and to end up having made multiple cannons without having fired them would have missed out on a significant part of life!

I have fired all of my cannons but unfortunately most of them without bullet .
but ok sometimes it happened that something come in front of the powder , but of course I didnt know that   ;D ;D
I have an idea to get an permit to proof shooting my barrels , then its because of the safty and they will have less arguments to let me down .

I also lives outside town center , but live firing is illegal everywhere in sweden   :'(
