I just set up my new Handi 22-250 Stainless steel and synthetic stock. I placed a Tasco 3x9x40 World Class scope on it and loaded some rounds. I have to say one thing Holy S%*t this rifle can shoot. I was able to get less than a 1 inch group out of the box. I had loaded several different loads, bullet weights and types. My first 10 rounds were to zero in at 100 yards as I already had a grouping load. So out of all the rounds I loaded I think I am going to stick with my first and only, which is a 40gr V-Max, 36.5gr of Varget, WLR primer and a O.A.L of 2.460=.05 off the lands also the cases were trimmed to 1.902. I was shooting off the back of my quad on sand bags, I will be benchrest shooting later this week and think my groups may be even better. What a great rifle for the money, I am now a Handiholic more barrels in my future. The funny thing is that out of all my fire arms, my wife said this 1 is pretty, finally approval.
