Cool!  Was there one misfire?

And, for some night time fun, see this thread from Oct.  These were at the Fresno Civil War Revisited.  The artillery was asked if we could please fire off a few rounds along with the fireworks, if it isn't too much trouble, that is.  http://www.gboreloaded.com/forums/index.php/topic,154793.0.html

I wonder what the people in the trucks driving by thought of the volley fire. At the cannon shoots here in northern kalifornia the last shot is always a volley shot. Last summer the fifth shot was also a volley shot.

That video at night where you see the crews flickering in the flashes was a bit errie.

It was kind of interesting loading in the dark.  We actually did two salvos, even though only one seems to have been filmed.  The guns opened the fireworks show, and then the finale.  Communication in our camps wasn't good - word didn't get out to the cav, so they had to hurry to calm their horses. Then, just about the time they got settled down, we fired the second time.  I'll see if I can put in the time lapse still of that salvo.
