How about a NEF 12USH, "slightly" reworked to fire a modified 50BMG case and a 750Gr slug at 2100Fps?



 Its called the 12GA from hell... Its got a couple really long threads on a couple other forums.

A good friend of mine just mentioned this to me. I haven't read it all but WOW.... Its not my cup of tea, but thought some of you guys might like to read...

Or just go to the Big Bore forum here at GBO and read the 12GA FH(From He!!) thread that Ed has posted and updated for the last 4yrs.  ;D

Ya , its been talked about here too , they used the 12ga Ultra Slug Hunter for the testing if I remember correctly , not sure what you would hunt with it other than paper , not enough shots for dangerous game like cape buff and too much recoil for more than 1 shot anyhow .  ;D

 :o That would be interesting.  But will the slug hold up?  Now some sort of saboted jacketed number.  Maybe a sabot for the .510bmg bullets to fit a 12ga chamber.  Never mind.  In an 10 pound gun.  Sorry No way!  The 50 BMG is only 300fps faster right? OOOUUUCCCHHH!

DP, Richard has already got the flu.  Last I heard, both he and Tyke were doggie paddling somewhere off the Bahamas.

Does anyone know if they make a shoulder prothesis??  We could all be charitable and order up a couple.  But,........ya gotta love those idiots ;)
