They have them listed, but not available yet, they've been listed as "coming soon" for over a month now, the date changes every week or two, expected arrival date is 1/10 now.

So...  How much faster can the 45/70 and .444 be pushed over the factory load?

As fast as you can stand the recoil, which for most shooters is far less than what can be achieved by the rifle!! 300gr bullets in the 45-70 at ~2700fps has been achieved from the 32" BC, 2500fps from the 22". Considerably less for the .444 as it has 5gr less H2o case capacity and is loaded to 42kpsi where the 45-70 can be loaded to 50kpsi.

The .444 factory load is at 2325, but doesn't list the kpsi and probably a 22" barrel.  So I guess I am asking for an estimate fps of a 42kpsi load out of a 24" barrel?  I'm just wondering how much more my .444 Ultra has left in it...

The LE .444 ammo was developed in the Marlin XLR which has a 24" barrel, so that's likely a close estimate, but the only way to know is shoot it over a chrono.  ;)
