can a .280 frame be fitted with a huntsman?

this is a direct copy and past from the BAP form on the H&R website, and its a little confusing on how they wrote it:
"Any shotgun, except 10 gauge, or centerfire rifle frame may be fitted with a Huntsman™ Muzzleloader barrel."
does that mean and shotgun and centerfire frame be fitted, or 10 gauge AND centerfire frames CANT be fitted?  just a little confused on how they wrote it...thanks for any help.

Yes, Hunstman barrels can be fitted to SB1 shotgun or SB2 rifle frames, the 10ga/12ga Slug gun frame is made for a bigger barrel at the barrel swell and can only be fitted with 10ga sized barrels.
