Need source for firing pin

Need a firing pin.
Is there a recommended list of sources?
I've already looked through the FAQ's and didn't find a listing for parts sources.

Ahhh, the obvious generic ones.
Is there a direct source from NEF/H&R/Rem?

I LIKE Brownells - good folks there.
Numrich - ahh - I've had springs from there shatter into 6 pieces on the slightest flex.

Restricted part from H&R, will have to get someone with FFL to order it for you.

I just replace a bent one to try and get strike to center on primer and new one was worst than bent. Good luck!

Brownell's will sell it to ya, Remington might not tho, Gardner did, along with the transfer bar assembly.

I'm going to try Brownells first.  I've dealt with them since the 1960's.  There shop was just down the street from my draft board.  Like I say, they're good people and have a great reputation in the local community as well as the gunsmithing community.

You might want to order a lifter and striker(t-bar) while you're at it, they break when you least expect it, if you buy one, Murphy guarantees it will never break cuz you have a spare!!  8)
