Decoy Gloves

I was really cold this morning and decided I am tired of it and need a decoy glove that actually works and keeps you warm. 

I bought one from Cabelas this year and it is like having your hand directly in the water.  I lost feeling in my fingers for quite a while.

Does anyone make a decoy glove that is like a regular Thinsulate/Gortex type that is waterproof?  What do you guys use for cold weather decoy placement?

well, they're not gortex but I use neoprene gloves for decoys. I was lucky and got a pair that dont leak.....LOL.
 If I see anything I'll let you know.  :)

I got neoprene as well.  They did leak.  I used some Aquaseal to seal them up, and they have worked great ever since.  Great for picking up deeks on those really cold days.

I thought I was crazy for paying $40 for a pair of neoprene Glacier Gloves (at a small shop I like to support), but they've been great.  No leaks, nice fuzzy lining, and thin enough to be flexible enough to wear while shooting if I have to.  The Cabela's neoprene gloves I have are very nice, except they're so thick it's like wearing wrist splints.
