What do I have and what's it worth

Friends mother was cleaning house and gave me this. Don't have a 32 Auto but box looks old.

The .32 Auto is also called the .32ACP (automatic colt pistol ). A step between the .25acp and the the .380acp. Still popular in pocket pistols, like the tip-barrel Baretta's, Taurus clones, etc.
I don't know about collector value, I'd think they would be primarily "shooters" ( they are reloadable ).
