Titanium/Scandium L-frame cylinders

does anyone know of a source for Titanium/Scandium L-frame + cylinders? I would like a Ti/Sc cylinder for my 6" 686+ to lighten things up a bit. Also I think a 3" 686+ with a Ti/Sc cylinder would make a nice carry/backup piece.
