can you fire .45 colt on a regular basis in a puma 92 chambered for .454 casull without doing any throat damage  , and still use .454 casull on a hunting basis ?????? i don't want the cases of the .454 casull getting stuck

I haven't had any problems with mine, just clean out the chamber good before using the longer case.  DP

That 45 Long Colt loaded UP, in that lever action, will do anything a 44 magnum will do. That is a good hunting round in itself.
