Go EZ there. A LER scope might have an eye relief window that's too far away to be useful on a scout mount - which is closer to your eye than you think.
Shoulder the gun and have someone measure the distance from your sighting eye to the rear of the scout base. I'd be willing to say it'll be about 9" or so - in which case you'd be much better off with an IER (Intermediate Eye Relief) scope - which usually has a 9" -17" or 11" - 21" window.
The differences being a full tube of sight picture, or not, when you look through in the mounted position.
I had to go to a Weaver 2x28 pistol scope to fit the ergonomics of my eyes & body, after trying a Leupold & a Burris (both "Scout" scopes) w/o success.
It was an expensive lesson, only partially recouped by reselling the Scout scopes.
