Freedom Arms 97 in 327 Federal
« on: July 11, 2008, 06:03:18 AM »
Had a chance to stop by Freedom Arms a few days ago. Mr. Baker gave my dad and me the opportunity to view a few of the items he is working on. The 327 Federal necked to 22, the very fine single shot pistol, and a sneak peek of the 25th anniversary gun.

The 327/22 is a very fast cartridge, and I think it will be a great addition to the Freedom Arms 97 line up.

The single shot pistol is a true piece of art work. Mr. Baker has spent a lot of time thinking about the workings of this fine gun, all the built in safety features are amazing. I will probably have to own one in at least 454 Casull. When the rifles are built on this action I will also have to own one in 454 Casull. The rifle is what makes my heart beat fast. Just the idea having a rifle built by Freedom Arms puts a very large smile on my face. A single shot is a down side, but a good shooter should not need more than one shot any way. Besides it gives you more opportunity to spend at the shooting range getting the firearm acquainted to its owner.

The 25th gun is going to be a treasure to behold. Freedom Arms has put a lot of thought in the design of this gun. The grips will bring back memories of the ones Freedom Arms used back in the late 80's early 90's. I hope we all get the opportunity to see pictures of this fine Freedom Arms revolver, because we are not all on the short list of 25, or have the funds to purchase this unbelievable firearm.[real=475,325][/real]
