How's the quality of b-square 3/8" to weaver adapter?

Heard they would strip out if tightened. Do they mar the gun?

I'd get Brook's some are having problems getting orders filled.

I've got a pair on my CZ452, works fine, extremely solid. I tried a a pair of Eric's mounts before the B-Square adapter, they fit real lose, had to use shims between the brass screws and the top of the dovetail, otherwise they would to cock to one side slightly.  :-\
