Question on 327 Federal Cartridge
« on: June 16, 2008, 06:10:15 AM »
Has anyone heard of having their Ruger SP-101 in 32 H&R Mag reamed out to the new 327 Federal? Only 1/8" longer in length.

I have one and was thinking it would be cheaper to have this done. There seems to be a very long wait list on the new ones and a premium price as well.

Thanks,

I'm pretty sure it is long enough, after all, the same gun is chambered for the .357 mag, the single-six is not long enough but the SP-101 is another mater.
The story of David & Goliath only demonstrates the superiority of ballistic projectiles over hand weapons, poor old Goliath never had a chance.
