question on older White Tail Hunter model

I have been reading here about the T3 throat's effectively reducing velocity and wondered if the older M 595 & 695 White Tail Hunter models suffered from this as well.   Thanks for your input.

The twist in a t3 and white tail are 11 now wsm in browning and Winchester are 10. I think that where the problem is not the throat.
