I finally got to shoot my new srh the other day . I changed the rear sight with a peep sight from one ragged  hole  and the front sight is a marbles fiber optic sight  i am very happy with this set up but would be even more so with a smaller diameter front sight . Does anyone know if there are smaller diameter front sights out there for the srh smaller then the marbles

Tanoose ,   Thats the exact set-up on my SRH , matter of fact now that I think about...think your the one that put me on to it ! Which rear blade are you using ?  I have the larger one in at present , haven't tried the smaller one.  At 25 yards it will shoot "one ragged hole" if I do my part.  Mine seems to open up at 50 yards though , getting 3-5 inch grps.  I thought maybe the smaller peep would help keep me centered ?  I haven't tried it any further than 50 .    Sorry can't help you with the smaller front sight , haven't tried anyone elses.   Mike

I also am using the larger peep and i also drilled out the smaller one to the same size. Its a great big game set up to 100 yds  even though my max distance would be around 50 I know for sure that i could shoot better with a smaller diameter front sight . I have both the green and orange marble front sights which measure 1/16 . A smaller diameter would be better for longer shots.
