Just got a S&W 627 V-Comp 5" Dual tone
« on: May 19, 2008, 10:12:26 PM »
This is the newer version of the older S&W 627 V-COMP .357 5" 8 shot revolver. S&W makes it in Dual Tone now.

It has a black frame and silver cylinder, and a silver compensator with JM style wood grips.

Not a look for everybody, but is does grow on you. So far the trigger is silky smooth and the gun scary accurate.

Hear is a video of me shooting it today 5-19-08.

Cool Video.

Now for the big question, what did the target look like?  ;D

I have the 627PC: same gun, different look. It has the best double action trigger I have ever tried. Super accurate. Lots of fun to shoot. I think you will really enjoy yours.

it is S&W answer to the custom revolvers in IRC/ICORE competition. I have a friend who has one in .38 Super. It was a limited run. He loves it.
