buddy's selling a .25-06 110fp what would be reasonable to pay him?

My buddy has an older .25-06 110fp "tactical" with old style trigger, leupold mounts and simmons prohunter 6-18x scope. What would be reasonable to pay him for this as a deal between friends? It's in great condition, the barrel is good and I've seen it shoot some incredible groups.

Payed $325 and$350 for a.223 and .308 10fp neither with a scope.Don't feel shortchanged and I'll keep both.You have the bonus of KNOWING how this rifle shoots.
