Took my first turkey in 20 yrs w/ my single shot. luckily I was excited enough I didn't notice the recoil

I heard that 10 kills on one end and wounds on the other....lol....My dad had an old double barrel 10ga it weighed about 9lbs and it was still a beast to shoot.....
