I don't know where that comes from, but I'm willing to hazard a guess that it's from either The Haunted Bookshop or Parnassus on Wheels. Dang! I haven't even thought of those books for 40 years.
Run a search on "Half-Price Books"... there may be one in your area. Great place to just look through once a week or so. I got my Greener's The Gun and Its Development there, for $10. Lots of others, too.
