If so , how do you like it? comments , suggestions? I assume these are as good of a rifle as their centerfires , but never hurts to ask

I have a .22lr and a .17 hmr. Both are fun guns and accurate. Never a problem with either of them.

I have the rimfires (Sportsers) in .22 LR, .22 Mag, .17 HMR, and .17Mach2.
They are fine little guns and are all very accurate and reliable....<><....:)

DITTO with MSP Ret. In fact I like them better than the center fires that I've owned.

One of my 10/22s is for sale to pay for the Versa Pack I bought, and I don't regret it.  No blowback gunk to clean out of the action, and like any single-shot, it makes you think about each shot you fire.  The .22 barrel is surprisingly accurate, and I have started to take another look at the tiny .410 bore shotgun as a small-game round.  If you can find a Versa Pack still available, grab it before they're gone forever.

What kind of accuracy are you getting with these rifles if I may ask?  My 17 HMR is back getting  LR and Mag barrels fitted and I'm curious as to what is considered average for these three rounds with this rifle.

My daughter has a Versa Pack that shoots great. I've tried to talk her into getting something else
so I can keep her Versa Pack but she won't give it up. I plan on buying a Sportster as soon as funds allow.

hello i am new to this webpage, and i am only here because of the NEF/H&R talk. Anyways, back to your question of the 22lr. I have bought my father both the 22lr and the 17hmr. We were too lazy to send the barrels back into the shop, so i just paid out of pocket for them both. First off, the 17hmr is the most accurate gun we own. Which is amazing! At 100 yards...it shoots 17 grain vmax bullets into .25 of an inch. Amazing! And that is with a cheap simmons 3-10 scope. The 22lr we just purchased used a few weeks ago from gander mountain, and it shoots close to .25 inch at 25-30 yards. Both rounds are very accurate with cheap scopes on them. I would recommend these rimfire rifles to anyone out there!

I have the 22 mag and the 22 lr.  Both shoot as well or better than the rest of my 22's with the possible exception of the CZ, and that is out of 13 22's.  You won't be disappointed with one!  DP.

i have the sportster with three barrels...right now i'm in the process of getting ready to sight in the .22 mag...the 17 HMR shoots very accurately with the 'sweet 17' scope on it, but, it is sure HEAVY... (what did i expect for a "heavy barrel"?) and the LR barrel...i ain't messed with in so long i don't remember how well it shoots... :-\
