I'm a lefty and would like to know if the safety can be reversed?

I am a lefty to, I own a 10/22 also, I have never heard of the safety being switch for us lefty's.  If I were you I would try the Ruger website, You could find something their or post this same question on the left hand shooters forum.  I really don't know because all I did was change the way I turned off the safety.

I called Ruger-- no info.. I suppose that they cannot/ will not supply any info on safety modifications. An understandable position  BUT

I shoot lefty, and I just bought an aftermarket left-handed safety and solved the problem that way.  That was for a 10/22.  I sure as heck wish you could simply reverse the safety on a 96/22 Magnum!!!

I found a lefty safety at rimfiresports.com for $9.50 includes shipping #VC10SE-L Volquartsen Ruger Oversized safety, left
