Superfast Blueberry Cobbler
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup self-rising flour
2 cups blueberries
3/4 cup milk
1 cup sugar, divided
1/2 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt margarine in shallow 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, and milk in mixing bowl;
Pour evenly over margarine. Combine berries, remaining sugar and water. Spoon evenly over flour mixture. Do not stir. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. (When I make this cobbler I usually double the recipe).
