Noticed that MPI do a fibreglass stock set for the BLR. I have a nice old pre-81 Miruko with a brand new .308 tube on it that I'm considering whacking into one of these. Two questions - anyone seen/got one? Secondly - after to talking to the proprietor, he says it will fit both the pre 81 and 81 straight stock. I understand the external rear stock 'shape' of these two models is slightly different, that I can see by looking at pictures of the two side by side, but will stocks actually interchange between the two models, ie fit on each other? This ole girl has such a nice trigger, it will make a very nice mountain rifle and the current wood is very nice, but VERY dense and heavy.
