I'm not sure about that. I know there are some differences in the two even though the Vanguard is made by Howa. I figure Weatherby has them made to their own specs. I do know there was someone selling stocks on e-bay a while back and if I remember right they were listed for both. I found out from experience that there is a difference between the 2 pos. & 3 pos. safety on the stocks.
