Who makes scope bases for NEF Hornet?

I searched the Midway, Midsouth, Brownells etc but didn't find any. I know H&R sells them on their website but wanted a little better quality.  Thanks for your help. ???

Take a look right here in the FAQs and Help sticky for all bases and ringmounts made for H&Rs.

I don't think at this time you will find a better scope rail for Handi's than a factory rail. Steel would be nice, but not needed, two piece might be nice, but not needed, thinner (lower to the barrel) might be nice, but not needed, and the factory rails have multiple crossslots that allow for many varied ring mounting locations, something the Weaver #82 lacks....<><....:)

That would be the horrible Weaver rail which stinks due to the 1" flat spot on the rear. I have to update the pics in the FAQs, the Leupold is a better choice, no pic in the FAQs yet, I got a couple of em to check em out. It's one slot shorter than an H&R rails which is the best of all of em.

I have the Weaver #82 but I'm looking at getting the H&R. I'm not satisfied with the Weaver. >:( I like the number of grooves in the H&R over the Weavers. And like Tim said, the flat spot. Don't like that either. :-\
