Looking to saltwater fish SC/NC, HELP!
« on: July 06, 2003, 10:18:11 AM »
Four or 5 of us are wanting to fish off shore before hunting season. We're only about 4.5 hours from Wilimgton NC, so SC or NC are choice for us. Can anyone suggest an area or even a charter service for us? We want to go out for a day at least, over night would be better. We've been on the big pond before and there are just so many SS Minnows with Gilligan type skippers I don't want to get frigged before I get there. Any suggestions would be useful. Thanks in advance.

It's been years but I would recommend Oregon Inlet North Carolina. The carolina boys there are serious about what they do. Just be sure to pay attention to what they tell you and if they tell you it's too rough to fish
LISTEN to what they say. They will take you out in the weather but you'll
wish you had taken their advice. Good Fishing and Tight Lines
