They'll probably replace or repair everything but you really shouldn't have to do it.
I know good help is hard to get, but poor handling or packing isn't acceptable, and I'd be sure to tell them in a nice way you don't appreciate having to send it back.
I've read a few post about this so it's not a one time problem from what I've seen!
What's going on over there anyway?......Tag it, and toss it, seems to be their motto!
