Need source for magazine (clip)
« on: January 11, 2008, 08:33:06 AM »
I've got an Ithaca LSA-55 in 6mm Remington (great shooter BTW).  I believe the action is actually a Sako.  The magazine has pretty much had it and is being held together with a joint compound (it works, but I don't trust it for the long haul).  Any idea on where I might find a magazine to fit this gun???

Gun shows

Estate sales

Be prepared to spend as much for a good used one as what the whole gun is worth.

If there is a welding shop in your area, you should look into having it repaired.

My brother has fixed many magazines for me with a tig welder and some patience.

Thanks for the response....

I've asked at every gun show in the area and the dealers just kinda give me that deer in the headlights look.

It's held together pretty good for now, but I'm afraid of what the future holds....

Thanks again.
