30-06 ammo

For lack of a better place to ask this question, can anyone name a commercial brand that makes Reduced Load ammo in a 30-06"?  I'm trying to get my neighbors kid off to a good start with his dad' model 700, without having to get him a new rifle.  Many Thanks.  Bill
