Shipping Ammunition

I'm seeking some expertise in an area where I am not an expert  :) I've got a few boxes of pricey 375 H&H ammo that I'd like to sell in the near future - I bought a 375 and never shot it before I sold it.  What is the best way to legally ship the ammunition?

The ONLY legal way to ship it is UPS or Fedex ground.
