I've been looking for a N frame 3" at a good price.  Well I finally found one.  Iw ish I could do pics.  Tell me about your 3" N frames?

Mine is a 44 Mag.  I have not fired it much.  I got it back in the late 80s (?) and shortly after getting it I made the switch to the 45 Long Colt and 45 ACP N frames.   Sold off all my 44 Mags except this one.

I like the idea of the short barrel but find myself carrying one the 4" 45's.

The recoil is not as bad as you might expect as the velocity suffers a bit in the short barrel.  The round K size grip  helps control things a bit.

Also had a stainless 41 Mag, but it was stolen by my brother ex law during the divorce.

Thanks for the picture that sure is a nice one.  I also love the blued guns the most.

They are factory combat stocks ala S&W.

The ones on mine have been slimmed down and refinished.
